Who We Are:

Hello, we are artists Charli Clark and Sylvia Rimat. We work freelance and have set up this website solely for the purpose of our arts project Broad Meadow. Our work is controlled, developed, edited and maintained by us, Charli Clark and Sylvia Rimat, working from a desk at home and in a studio!

We can assure you that we take great care to protect your privacy and personal data. We would never sell, rent or trade e-mail lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes.

 In this Privacy Policy, we are providing detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it and how we keep it secure.

 

Types of Data We Collect

I-          Audience survey: We collect your personal feedback of Broad Meadow installation and audio experience, the first half of your postcode, the age range you fit in, whether you consider yourself to have a disability and whether you found Broad Meadow installation and audio experience accessible. The information provided by you is voluntary and anonymous.

II-         We use the information to assess, reflect on and improve Broad Meadow installation and audio experience artistically and to review and assess our access provision and audience reach, to widen and diversify access.

III-       Mailing list: If you sign up to be on our mailing list, we will collect your name and e-mail address. Your personal data is collected only after explicit permission has been given by yourself. This may be through a number of ways, for example, signing-up on a form online or a verbal request in-person.

IV-       We hold this information solely for marketing purposes and never pass on your information to third parties.

V-        Contacting us via e-mail: When you e-mail us to get in contact, your name, e-mail address and any personal data will be held for up to 1 year on e-mail to assist with any follow up enquiries. After 1 year, these e-mails will be deleted.

VI-       We collect anonymous data on frequency of website visits to monitor how many people engage with Broad Meadow.

VII-     The data we hold is held securely on our home computers, laptops and mobile devices, all of which are password protected.
